Return and refund policy

All Vang Hulle products are limited edition and made to order. We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item you received is damaged or defective.

If your item arrives damaged please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order at hello@vanghulle.co.za with a photo of the damage and your order number. We will assess and resolve it as quickly as possible.

We do not offer refunds on items purchased in the wrong size so please check sizing carefully before placing your order.

All sales are final. No exceptions.
